Bend the Spoon! A Workshop in Consciousness
with Sandira Belia
Metal appears solid, yet at a microscopic level it is in
constant motion.
In this two-and-a-half-hour workshop, we will explore
the relationship between consciousness and matter,
and how shifts in inner state can influence our
interaction with the physical world.
You will be guided through a specific process
designed to build the energetic focus used in spoon
bending, and will have the opportunity to experience
two spoon-bending flows. All spoons are provided.
When you enter ceremonial
space, the world outside can
pause for a moment.
Here, you are met with calm presence,
gentle listening, and a deep respect for
the story you hold.
Ceremonial Space is beautiful,
empowering and healing.
