1. Individual Sessions

For Retreat Organizers I bring a unique blend of calm presence, therapeutic skill, and creative energy to retreat teams. With experience in manual therapies, ear acupuncture, meditation, and creative healing methods, I adapt easily to the flow of your program and the needs of your participants. Retreat guests often tell me they feel deeply seen and supported in my sessions — whether that’s through a relaxing treatment, a mindful exercise, or a creative process that opens new insights. My goal is to complement your vision, enrich the group experience, and help every participant feel nurtured and inspired. Constellation Work

We are a team of six experienced constellation workers in Central Portugal, ready to serve you to untangle and heal past family trauma. We meet every second Tuesday. For booking your place simply contact me! Sliding scale of €60 - 100, depending on your possibilities You can also book me, if you want to do a constellation with your group.
