Wurzelkraft

is the German word for “power of the roots” and this shall be the motto of my work. Since Europe was conquered and our celtic and germanic roots were more or less extinguished we lost our connection to mother earth and our very personal power. We can experience our longing for natural healing in the great interest European people have in healing  systems of other cultures. We learn Yoga and TCM, use Medicine plants from South America, use the North American Medizin Wheel and sweat lodge and so on. Since many years I collect the fragments of our celtic/ germanic roots, often hidden in old stories, old traditions and knowledge secretly passed on through generations. We are living in a time where it is not enought to be healed by the power pharmaceutical industry, or even by wise men and women. I strongly feel, that it is really important to become self-responsible for our healing in all layers of our being, to regain the power of our roots. Basic knowledge of therapeutic and psychodynamic tecniques make you more independent from a system that might not fullfill your deepest needs.

Personalised retreats

You can choose from all workshops and combine them with therapeutic or relaxing treaatments to create your own personalised holistic holidays in Portugal. There is a lot to do in the area of our little valley. The lake Cabril is beautiful for swimming, SUP, fishing and more. There are beautiful hiking trails and interesting cities (Tomar, Coimbra) in the area. So, all in all, your stay in Central Portugal will be an amazing mix of learning, relaxing, culture and sport and meet your personal needs perfectly!

Belohorizonte

is a beautiful quiet valley in the heart of Portugal, where you find the stillness and people who like to share their knowledge. The terrasse for our guests has a beautiful view over the hills, facing south. The two wooden Winkinghuts “Hugin” and “Munin” can be rented as single or double acommodation. The outdoorkitchen can be used to cook for yourself, but we are also happy to provide meals. There is the compostingtoilet  and a simple bathroom. In the therapyhouse “Casa do Corvo” (crows nest) is the shower for our guests. Above the “Casa do Corvo” is another terrasse which can be used to put up tents.
